Returns

Our return policy allows for returns within 7 days of receipt of the item. If more than 7 days have passed since you received the goods, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected]  and provide your receipt or proof of purchase (such as the purchase order number). We will then provide you with the appropriate return address.

Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts not due to our error may not be eligible for return. You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 48 hours, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The time it takes for the credit to appear depends on your card issuer. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund after a prolonged period (typically 10 days after approval), please first check with your credit card company, as processing times may vary. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected]  for further assistance. 

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at [email protected].

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary based on your location. If you are returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
